Ingredients
  

  • 200 g paneer cubed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies chopped
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok and sauté onions, bell peppers, and green chilies until they are slightly softened.
  • Add the cubed paneer and cook for a few minutes until it starts to turn golden brown.
  • Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well to coat the paneer and vegetables.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the paneer evenly.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
