Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken, cabbage, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon some chicken mixture onto the wrapper and roll tightly, folding in the sides as you roll. Use a bit of water to seal the edge.
  • Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls in batches until crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
