Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup mustard oil
  • 2 onions finely sliced
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp achari masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat mustard oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, achari masala, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
  • Stir in yogurt and simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
