yogurt

achari masala

turmeric powder

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
Heat mustard oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Cook until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, achari masala, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
Stir in yogurt and simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
