finely chopped

cumin seeds

turmeric powder

Kolhapuri masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Water as needed
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet and add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add turmeric powder and Kolhapuri masala, mix well.
Add chicken pieces and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
Pour in the tomato puree and salt, mix well.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes until the chicken is tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
