Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes pureed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Kolhapuri masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet and add cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped onions and sautĂ© until they turn golden brown.
  • Add turmeric powder and Kolhapuri masala, mix well.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the tomato puree and salt, mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 30 minutes until the chicken is tender.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
