Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams chicken cut into small pieces
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes pureed
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • Add chicken pieces and mix well to coat with the masala. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
