Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the deep fryer or skillet to 375°F.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  • Place breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
  • Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture, followed by eggs, and then breadcrumbs.
  • Place breaded chicken on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  • Fry chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels before serving.
