Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken drumettes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken drumettes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
  • Dredge marinated chicken drumettes in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  • Fry the chicken drumettes in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken lollipops from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined baking sheet.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
