Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas or roti
  • Sliced onions and bell peppers
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Mint chutney or your favorite sauce
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken until it is cooked through and slightly charred.
  • Warm the flour tortillas or roti on the skillet.
  • Fill each tortilla with the cooked chicken, sliced onions, bell peppers, cilantro leaves, and a drizzle of mint chutney.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form a Frankie.
  • Serve hot with extra mint chutney on the side.
