- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas or roti
- Sliced onions and bell peppers
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- Mint chutney or your favorite sauce
- Oil for cooking
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken until it is cooked through and slightly charred.
Warm the flour tortillas or roti on the skillet.
Fill each tortilla with the cooked chicken, sliced onions, bell peppers, cilantro leaves, and a drizzle of mint chutney.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to form a Frankie.
Serve hot with extra mint chutney on the side.
