- 4 slices of bread preferably white bread
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 2-3 green chilies chopped
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Cut the bread slices into small cubes and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions, green chilies, and sauté until onions turn translucent.
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes turn soft.
Add the bread cubes and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Cover and cook for a few minutes until the bread is heated through.
