  • 1 green chili finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, chopped vegetables, green chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a round shape.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter to make more chillas.
  • Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
